Lisa Fickenworth, MBA, is a highly experienced Chief Quality Compliance Officer with a background in healthcare administration and a strong focus on incident management and compliance monitoring. Lisa has held various leadership positions in organizations such as Corry Counseling Services Center, Achievement Center of LECOM Health, Erie Homes for Children and Adults, Inc., The GEO Group, Inc., and Abraxas Youth & Family Services. Lisa obtained their MBA in Healthcare Administration from Ohio University in 2021 and holds a BA in Criminal Justice from PennWest Edinboro.
