Natalie Mota

Natalie Mota is an accomplished educator and account representative with significant experience in teaching and curriculum development. Currently serving as an Account Representative at Lakeshore Learning Materials since April 2022, Natalie also holds a position as a K-2 Teacher at Achievement First, where recognition includes being named a Stage 4 Distinguished Teacher for exemplary student achievement. In this role, responsibilities have involved creating differentiated curricula, conducting performance gap analyses, and performing one-on-one coaching tailored to individual learning styles. As a former Grade Team Leader and Learning Specialist, Natalie facilitated team communications, developed curriculum based on data analysis, and implemented strategies to enhance student learning. Past experience includes a Marketing Specialist role at EPRINE Community Services Inc. and participation in a Summer Teaching Fellowship at Uncommon Schools. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Special Education and Teaching from Relay Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Child and Family Studies from Syracuse University.
