Sybil Jacob

Sybil Jacob is currently the HR Head at Achiever Properties LLC. With experience in HR management spanning various industries, including real estate, manufacturing, and banking, Sybil has a strong background in recruitment, performance management, policy implementation, and driving key HR projects. Sybil played a crucial role in their organization winning the Sharjah Excellence Economic Award in 2019. Prior to their current role, Sybil held positions such as HR Manager at Anchor Allied Factory Ltd and Assistant Manager at Bukhatir Group. Sybil holds a Post Graduation in Human Resource Management and an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration from Welingkar Institute of Management.
