Davoud Saljoughi

Davoud Saljoughi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Davoud most recently worked at Achievers as a Senior Data Engineer, where they designed and maintained data pipelines using GCP technologies and Python, and implemented multi-region streaming and batch data pipelines. Prior to that, they held the same role at Health Canada and was responsible for data engineering tasks. Davoud also worked as a Data Analyst at Statistic Canada, where they analyzed data and generated reports. Before their work in Canada, Davoud worked as a Data Analyst at Manizan, where they handled dairy product sales in Iraq. Davoud also served as a Business Development Consultant at Nasr Al Rafedain, where they focused on market research and developing new business lines. Davoud began their career as a Data Analyst at GIG, where they analyzed data for the company.

Davoud Saljoughi completed a Master's degree in Computer Science at Carleton University from 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Sharif University of Technology between 2007 and 2010. Davoud also holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the same university, which they completed from 2002 to 2007. Additionally, they have pursued various certifications, including "Architecting with Google Kubernetes Engine," "Google Cloud Certification: Cloud Engineer Specialization," "Google Cloud Big Data and Machine Learning Fundamentals," "Modernizing Data Lakes and Data Warehouses with Google Cloud," "IBM Data Science Fundamentals with Python and SQL," "SQL Essential Training," "Data Ingestion with Python," "Learning Power BI Desktop," "Learning Python," "Power BI Data Modeling with DAX," "Power BI Essential Training," and "Professional Business Writing." These certifications were obtained from institutions such as Coursera, LinkedIn, and the Trade Promotion Prganisation of Iran - TPO.
