Pavels Gurskis

Pavels Gurskis is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in leadership, strategic IT operations, and security consulting. Currently serving as Founder of IThesion and Fractional CIO for Unlisted, Pavels also holds the position of Founder and CTO at AchieveUp.ai. Previous roles include Director of IT Operations at Dynatech Latvia, where responsibilities encompassed managing help-desk and system administration teams, overseeing over 150 IT projects, and enhancing IT operations strategies. Prior to this, Pavels worked at C.T.Co in various capacities, including Security Consultant and IT Department Manager, developing key policies and managing a substantial team. Early career positions involved system administration and network management at multiple organizations, establishing a solid foundation in IT infrastructure and support. Educationally, Pavels holds an Associate's Degree in Computer Science from Riga Lomonosov's College of Higher Education.
