Anastasiya Bugayenko

Anastasiya Bugayenko is a skilled professional with extensive experience in program management, administrative support, and business analysis. Currently serving as a Program Specialist at Achieving the Dream since November 2021, Anastasiya previously held positions at Rimkus Consulting Group, Inc. as an Office Administrator, where exceptional relationships were built between the Baltimore office and various corporate entities. In a long tenure at The Johns Hopkins University, Anastasiya played critical roles as a Business Process Analyst and Administrative Assistant, contributing to patient and metrics reporting and supporting multiple fundraising departments. Additional experience includes serving as a Translator/Interpreter for Carroll County Public Schools and managing logistics at Wheels On Wheels Freight, Inc. Anastasiya holds a Bachelor's degree in Art History, History, and Philosophy from McDaniel College.
