H. Leon Hill is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data, technology, and institutional research within the education sector. Currently serving as a Strategic Data and Technology Coach at Achieving the Dream, Inc. since April 2017, H. Leon Hill previously held the position of Senior Solutions Consultant at Civitas Learning from October 2015 to March 2017. Prior to that, H. Leon Hill was the Assistant Vice President of Institutional Research and Effectiveness at Montgomery County Community College from September 2003 to October 2015, and served as Assistant Dean for Research at Triton College from 2002 to 2003. H. Leon Hill holds a Masters in Public Administration from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Ohio University.
