Lisa Stich

Director, Post-seconday Data Partnership at Achieving the Dream

Lisa Stich has a diverse range of work experience in the education sector. Lisa started their career as an Associate Dean at Moraine Park Technical College, where they led curriculum and program development. Lisa later became an Administrator in Instructional Development and also taught part-time.

Lisa then served as an Administrator in Institutional Advancement at Blue Mountain Community College and Vice President of Education Services at Flathead Valley Community College.

Lisa went on to work at Laramie County Community College as a Dean of Health Sciences and Wellness, where they successfully expanded health-related programs and oversaw the construction of a new health sciences building.

Lisa then served as Vice President of Academic and Student Services at West Shore Community College, where they led various academic and student service departments and was responsible for strategic planning and accreditation.

Lisa's experience also includes roles at Illinois Central College, where they served as a Special Assistant to the President and later as the Interim Vice President of Academic Affairs.

Lisa then served as the Executive Dean of Estherville Campus at Iowa Lakes Community College, where they provided leadership to the campus and was responsible for academics and campus administration.

Most recently, Lisa worked at National Student Clearinghouse as a Senior Specialist in Data Partnerships, and currently, they are the Director of Post-Secondary Data Partnership at Achieving the Dream.

Lisa Stich holds a Ph.D. in Education from Capella University, where they studied from 1999 to 2008. Prior to that, they earned a Master's of Science degree in Health Services Administration from Cardinal Stritch University, completing their studies from 1984 to 1986. In 1982 and 1983, Lisa attended Emory University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Information/Medical Records Administration/Administrator. Their undergraduate education began at Ripon College in 1976, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, completing their studies in 1980.

Lisa has also obtained several additional certifications. In May 2021, they earned the certification of Virtual International Conference on Teaching and Leadership Excellence Presenter from the National Institute for Staff and Organizational Development (NISOD). Earlier that year, in February 2021, they became a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner, certified by Prosci. In December 2020, Lisa obtained the Sales Discovery certification, awarded by LinkedIn.
