Traci N Williams is an experienced higher education administrator currently serving as Vice President of Institutional Effectiveness, Research & Planning at Chattanooga State Community College, a role held since March 2017. In addition to various leadership positions at Chattanooga State, including Executive Director and Director of Assessment & Planning, Traci serves as a Strategic Data Coach for Achieving the Dream and a Strategic Data Project ECMCF Fellow at the Center for Education Policy Research at Harvard University. Prior experience includes significant roles at Tennessee Wesleyan University, Dyer County High School, Lenoir City High School, Union City High School, and First Presbyterian Christian School, focusing on institutional effectiveness, retention, and science education. Traci holds a Doctor of Education (EdD) in Curriculum and Teaching from Northcentral University, a Master of Education (MEd) in Educational Leadership from Trevecca Nazarene University, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Secondary Education with a focus on Biology and Chemistry from the University of Tennessee at Martin.
