Abigail Best

Abigail Best is a dedicated professional in the field of behavioral health and fitness, currently serving as a Behavioral Health Technician at Achieving True Self since February 2022, where responsibilities include monitoring client progress and communicating with a board-certified behavior analyst. Abigail gained valuable experience as a Fitness Center Intern at Aebersold Recreation Center from August 2021 to May 2023, creating individualized exercise prescriptions and previously worked as a Facility Supervisor, managing front desk operations and member interactions. A temporary nursing assistant role at Transitions Healthcare LLC allowed Abigail to assist residents with daily living activities and document their care. Abigail holds a Doctor's Degree in Occupational Therapy/Therapist from the University of Pittsburgh, expected in April 2026, and completed a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science at Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania in May 2023.
