Deepjyoti Das has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Deepjyoti began their career at Firstsource, where they held various positions including Technical Support Advisor, Quality Analyst, and Process Leader. During their time at Firstsource, they were responsible for monitoring process operations, handling a team of advisors, and providing coaching and feedback to improve customer satisfaction.

In 2012, Deepjyoti joined Achilles Information Ltd, where they took on multiple roles. Deepjyoti started as the Deputy Manager, where they played a crucial role in establishing and supporting the migration work for UKI Communities. Deepjyoti also assisted in recruitment and setting up the team in Mumbai while helping the Hub Manager establish telecom, IT, and facility services.

Later, Deepjyoti became the Inside Sales Manager - India, overseeing a team responsible for generating supplier revenue and providing service and support to Global, Middle East, and UKI Buyers. Deepjyoti achieved high retention rates and significantly contributed to the company's revenue.

Furthermore, they served as the Global and UKI Schemes Operation Manager - Mumbai, leading the Customer Service Department and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to all supported Communities. Deepjyoti aligned local processes with global operational strategies and monitored key metrics for service optimization and performance.

Currently, Deepjyoti holds the position of Head of Customer Growth Asia Pacific at Achilles Information Ltd, where they excel in driving customer growth in the region.

Deepjyoti Das attended Gauhati Commerce College, where they completed their undergraduate degree in Commerce with a focus on Accounting. Additionally, in October 2020, they obtained certifications in "Humble Leadership: The Power of Relationships, Openness, and Trust" from LinkedIn and "The Six Morning Habits of High Performers" also from LinkedIn.
