Rohan D. has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Rohan started their career in 2007 as a Customer Consultant at Wipro BPO, where they provided customers with choices on laptops and drove sales. Rohan then moved on to Fidelity National Information Services in 2008, working as a Team Coach responsible for maintaining quality and security standards. In 2011, they joined Tata Consultancy Services as a Senior Financial Services Representative for CITI BANK, excelling in customer service and assisting clients with payment arrangements. Rohan then transitioned to Achilles Group Limited in 2013, serving as a Project Team Lead and overseeing work scheduling and resource planning. Rohan joined Knowledge Planet in 2015 as a Program Manager, handling various organizational duties and contributing ideas for time and budget savings. Most recently, Rohan has been working at Achilles Information Ltd since 2018. Rohan initially served as a Software Quality Assurance Analyst and later became an Application Support Manager, leading a team and ensuring effective break-fix provision and SLA compliance.
