Zoe Eccleson has over 25 years of work experience, starting in 1996 as a Project Manager at telent and staying with the company until 2008. Zoe then worked as a Business Development Manager at Alan Campbell Group from 2008 to 2009. Following that, Zoe joined Network Rail, where they served as an Msc Programme & Project Management Student at Warwick Uni from 2009 to 2010 and later held roles as a Principal Programme Planner from 2010 to 2012 and as a Client Services Manager from 2012 to 2016. In 2016, Zoe joined Achilles as a Senior Project Manager - Transformation and stayed with the company until 2018. Zoe then worked at Entec Si as a Senior Project Manager from 2018 to 2020. In 2020, Zoe became a Change Assurance Specialist at Xoserve and later transitioned to working as a Senior Project Portfolio Manager at Optilan from March 2021 until September 2021. Most recently, they started working as a Programme Delivery Manager at Achilles Information Ltd in September 2021.

Zoe Eccleson completed a Bachelor of Arts degree (BA Hons) in Applied Social Science at Coventry University from 1993 to 1996. Zoe then pursued a Master of Science degree (MSc) in Programme & Project Management at the University of Warwick, graduating in 2010. Additionally, Zoe received the AgilePM® Practitioner certification from The Knowledge Academy in October 2020.
