Juliana M. is an experienced professional in volunteer coordination and user experience design. Currently serving as the Lead Volunteer Coordinator at Achilles International since June 2021, Juliana manages participant engagement for events involving disabled athletes and fosters an inclusive environment. Juliana recently completed a UX Design Fellowship at General Assembly, where over 480 hours of training focused on user-centered methods and design thinking. Prior experience includes roles as a Digital Moderator for the Democratic National Committee and Volunteer Training Coordinator for the Democratic Party of Georgia, where advocacy and training initiatives expanded campaign outreach, particularly in Spanish. Juliana holds a Bachelor of Arts in History of Art and Visual Culture and Anthropology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
