Marlin Vulders

Marlin Vulders serves as the IT Manager for Data Delivery Digital Services at Achmea, overseeing the data delivery department within the IT Strategy & Governance division since May 2012. Vulders has held several key positions including Manager Analysis & Reporting in the Data Expertise Centrum, transitioning management roles in Life Insurances, and team management positions focused on retirement and life policies. With a strong foundation in practical psychology from Fontys University and further educational qualifications in leadership, Scrum, LEAN methodologies, and financial advising, Vulders is well-equipped to contribute to Achmea's data strategy and the effective management of cross-border DevOps teams across Europe.
