Ruben Neijenhuis

Ruben Neijenhuis has extensive experience at Achmea since June 2002, currently serving as a Continu Verbeteren Adviseur & Trainer, where responsibilities include coaching Lean and BPM consultants and integrating AI tools into workflows. Previously, Ruben held various roles, including Program Manager and Project Manager for Data Analytics and advised on implementing Lean and Agile methodologies. Other significant positions involved data retention policy development, leadership in HR project initiatives, and implementing IT systems. Ruben's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht and various professional development courses in relevant fields.
