Additionally, Emily has been a Senior Sales Account Executive at Achosa Home Warranty, LLC since September 2018, providing peace of mind to clients during home purchases through nontraditional home warranty solutions. Previous positions include Senior Account Executive at Choice Home Warranty, Account Executive and Team Leader at Home Warranty of America, and Affiliate Relations Manager at the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors. Emily began a professional career as a Communications Coordinator at ECI Defense Group following graduation from Austin Peay State University in 2004.

Our team has spent many years in the home warranty business. We started our company as we saw the need for a better business model. Traditional home warranty companies build large national networks of service providers and rely on those networks to meet the needs of consumers. However, due to process failures and/or high demand, those networks fail more often than anyone would like. This leads to poor experiences all around. We believed there was a better answer. Thus, we created Achosa, which means "the power to choose." Achosa defines our mission by making us driven to provide customers with the power to select the best contractors for their homes. We have set up our company to let you choose who performs the service in your home. You aren't stuck with the providers in our network. Rather, you are free to choose any licensed contractor. This will ensure that you aren't waiting weeks to get your heating or air conditioning back in working order. We believe this will lead to significantly better customer experiences and a sustainable business model for our company.
