Clint Maguire has a diverse work experience in the field of recruitment, starting with their role as a Senior Hardware Recruiter at Xilinx from 2016 to 2018. There, they were responsible for recruiting for the Hardware and Software teams, with a strong focus on sourcing passive candidates.
