Domenico Santini

Domenico Santini is the Director of Architecture at One Works since January 2012, where a comprehensive combination of creative, technical, and management skills is employed to develop design solutions for airports. Key areas of expertise include terminal layouts, capacity assessments, and flow management strategies, prioritizing the creation of sustainable and efficient operational environments that enhance customer experiences. Additionally, Domenico serves as a member of the Facilitation & Customer Services Committee at Airports Council International (Europe) since January 2017, focusing on optimizing passenger processes and addressing various aspects of airport services, including access, rights, information, and technology. Domenico holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Università degli Studi 'Gabriele d'Annunzio'​ di Chieti.
