Jeffrey Schäfer

Jeffrey Schäfer is an experienced aviation professional currently serving as the Process Owner Aircraft Turnaround at Schiphol, responsible for overseeing the aircraft turnaround process with an emphasis on airport capacity, performance, and digital innovation since January 2016. Previously held positions include Business Analyst and External Process Analyst at Schiphol, focusing on A-CDM and airside efficiency, as well as roles as an Aviation Consultant at Schäfer Consultancy and Intern in Airport Operations. Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Logistics Engineering from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and has completed multiple IATA training courses. Additionally, since April 2023, Jeffrey has been the Vice Chair of the airport performance working group at ACI EUROPE.
