Elizabeth Castelo has a diverse work experience in the fashion industry, primarily focusing on footwear design. Elizabeth started their career in 1996 as a Couture Designer at RICHARD TYLER and worked there until 1999. Elizabeth then joined Pacific Sunwear in 2000 as a Senior Designer for Accessories and Footwear, where they played a crucial role in expanding the business and increasing earnings. After leaving Pacific Sunwear in 2004, Elizabeth worked as a Global Accessory Designer at Rip Curl from 2005 to 2007. Elizabeth then had several freelance roles, including Designer of Footwear at The Topline Corporation and Senior Footwear Designer at ACI International and Titan Industries Inc.

In 2013, Elizabeth joined Quiksilver as a ROXY Senior Global Designer before moving to Titan Industries Inc. as a Senior Footwear Designer for CYNTHIA VINCENT & JOE'S JEANS. In 2016, they became the Design Director of Women's Dress Shoes at ACI International.
