Dr. Ann D. Clark

Dr. Ann D. Clark has a strong background in academia and corporate leadership. Dr. Ann D. founded ACI Specialty Benefits in 1983 and served as the Chief Executive Officer. Under their leadership, ACI provided Employee Assistance programs, Wellness, Student Assistance, concierge services, and telehealth. Dr. Clark's dedication to excellence led to ACI consistently being recognized as one of the top ten companies in the nation and twice being named San Diego's best CEO. Dr. Ann D. also worked as an Associate Professor and Director of the EAP Certificate Program at Alliant International University from 1989 to 1993. Prior to that, Dr. Clark was an Associate Professor at Vanderbilt University from 1977 to 1981 and a Program Director and Associate Professor at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1967 to 1975.

Dr. Ann D. Clark has a diverse education history. Dr. Ann D. earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Additionally, they received training in Iyengar Yoga at the San Diego Yoga Studio. Dr. Clark pursued further education at The University of New Mexico, where they completed a Post Doctoral Continuing Medical Education program focusing on Alcoholism and Sexuality. Dr. Ann D. also holds a Certification in Educational Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. In addition, they obtained Master of Science degrees in Guidance and Counseling, as well as Special Education, from the University of Kentucky. Lastly, Dr. Clark completed their Bachelor of Arts in English at the University of Kentucky, with a field of study in English/Language Arts Teacher Education.
