Dawn Russ

Dawn Russ is a seasoned professional in e-Learning course design and development, currently serving as a Senior Technical Course Developer at ACI Worldwide since May 2013. With a strong background in client relationship management and training development project management, Dawn previously held roles at the American Red Cross as a Training Lead, where responsibilities included designing and delivering live and virtual training and managing a Learning Management System. Additional experience includes serving as a Board Member for the ASTD Charlotte Chapter and various instructional design and training roles at organizations such as Tortal and Solutia Inc. Dawn holds a Master of Arts in Adult Education and Distance Learning from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Transportation and Logistics, Japanese from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
