Janet Estep

Janet Estep is the current Director at ACI Worldwide. Janet previously served as the President Emeritus of Nacha from May 2008 to January 2020, where they were responsible for assisting in the transition to a new CEO of the organization. Ms. Estep served as the President and CEO of Nacha from 2008-2019, during which time the ACH Network grew 61% with new capabilities. Nacha also expanded its payments-wide support with the launch of the Afinis Interoperability Standards for APIs, and new education, accreditation and certification programs. Ms. Estep was named to the PaymentsSource list of Most Influential Women in Payments each year from 2013-2017, and in 2018 received the Women in Payments Inspiration Award. Prior to joining Nacha, Ms. Estep led the Transaction Services Division at U.S. Bank and previously held positions in technology-intensive companies. Ms. Estep is also a Member Board of Directors for Alerus Financial, and has held various private and non-profit board director positions for various organizations from January 2004 to December 2019.

Janet Estep completed a Bachelor of Arts at St. Olaf College, dual majoring in Economics and Psychology.
