Kate Cornell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, process improvement, and operational governance. Currently serving as the Director of Process Risk Operations and Governance at ACI Worldwide since January 2009, Kate has successfully led international teams through strategic initiatives, including IT Agile transformation, post-M&A integration, and enterprise application implementations. Prior to ACI, Kate held various roles at West Corporation and InterCall, focusing on enterprise-wide process compliance, and was instrumental in introducing Six Sigma at ACI. With a strong background in call center operations and management roles at Reed Elsevier, Pegasus Solutions, and Utell International, Kate has a proven track record in enhancing service quality and operational efficiency. Kate holds an MBA in Project Management from Bellevue University.
