Lisa Toro

Lisa Toro is an experienced security operations professional with a strong background in compliance and information security. Currently serving as the Director of Security Operations at ACI Worldwide since April 2021, Lisa focuses on compliance regulations and security initiatives. Prior roles include Chief Security Officer at Quantros, where Lisa achieved CSX-P and CDPSE certifications and led efforts for the organization’s first SOC2 Type 2 certification. As Manager of Information Security Ops at Westlake Chemical, Lisa managed a team responsible for security event monitoring and incident response while implementing a new SaaS-based SIEM solution. Earlier experience includes Information Security Manager at Liaison Technologies and Senior Security Engineer at Healthport LLC. Lisa holds Bachelor's degrees in Computer Information Systems from Florida Atlantic University and Management Information Systems from Florida State University - College of Business.
