Mandy Walters

Mandy Walters has extensive experience in compliance assurance and project management, currently serving as a Compliance Assurance Manager at ACI Worldwide since May 2013, with previous roles including Associate Compliance Assurance Manager and Associate Project Manager. Prior to this, Mandy worked at Online Resources from December 2005 to May 2013, advancing from Call Center Representative to Client Operation Team Lead/Representative, and holding positions as Documentation and Project Specialist and Project & Training Specialist. Mandy's career began at Metro One Telecommunications, where responsibilities included serving as a Call Center Representative from 2003 to 2005.
