Patricia Millan

Patricia Millan has extensive experience in customer service and administrative roles, currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at ACIC Fine Chemicals Inc. since August 2014, where responsibilities include liaising with customers and suppliers, project management, reporting, market research, and web management. Prior to this, Patricia worked at NCO Financial Systems from 2004 to 2011, where duties included managing high call volumes, negotiating debt repayments, and assisting new agents. Earlier experience includes an Administrative Assistant position at CEI-Argentina from 2000 to 2004, involving correspondence management, scheduling, and event organization. Patricia holds a degree in Office Administration Executive from Mohawk College and an accounting-oriented high school diploma from Instituto Argentino Excelsior.
