Ana Isabel Hernández Díez

Ana Isabel Hernández Díez has a diverse and extensive work experience. Ana Isabel currently holds the position of Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Acierto.com since April 2020. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Commercial & Strategy Officer for Spain & Portugal EMEA at Experian from September 2017 to April 2020. From May 2015 to September 2017, they worked as the Chief Marketing, Digital and Product Director (CDMO) at HomeServe España.

Before that, Ana Isabel was the Co-Founder and Chief Sales & Marketing Officer of Truphone Mobile Operator from 2013 to 2015. Ana Isabel also held the role of Regional Head of Marketing, Digital & Product for Spain, Southern Europe & LatAm at CPP Group plc from 2010 to 2013.

Earlier in their career, Ana Isabel worked at MetLife as the Chief Sales & Marketing Officer for Spain & Portugal from 2006 to 2010. Ana Isabel also served as the Mobile Data Services Director at Orange from 2000 to 2006, and as a Marketing, Product & Loyalty Manager at Jazztel Telecommunications in 1999.

Ana Isabel'scareer began at Sanitas, where they held various positions such as Marketing & Loyalty Manager from 1996 to 1999 and Product Manager from 1992 to 1996. Throughout their roles, Ana Isabel has demonstrated their expertise in sales, marketing, digital transformation, and strategic planning.

Ana Isabel Hernández Díez holds an International MBA from IE Business School. Ana Isabel also obtained a BA in German Philology and a BA in English Philology from Universidad de Valladolid. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as C2 - English Proficiency from the University of Cambridge, NIVEL 1 in Insurance and Reinsurance Mediation from the Colegio de Mediadores de Seguros de Madrid, and UVA- CAP (Certificado de Aptitud Pedagógica) from Universidad de Valladolid.
