Prior experience includes roles as Project Engineer at Omaha Standard - Palfinger NA and at Carlson Systems Engineering, where Darren contributed to the design and manufacture of automated equipment for the window, door, and cabinetry industry. Darren began their career as a Process Engineer Intern at Dakota Balance and Pella Corporation, gaining foundational experience in manufacturing processes.
