Roger Thorpe

Roger Thorpe is a Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in industrial automation and product development. Currently employed at Acieta LLC since May 2022, Roger specializes in designing industrial automation solutions using robotics. Prior to this role, Roger worked at SourceOne, Inc. as a Design Engineer and at Conductix-Wampfler Group as a Product Development Engineer, where responsibilities included designing, building, and testing products related to mobile industrial electrification and data transfer. Roger's experience also includes serving as an Application Engineer, where product configurations were drafted using Solidworks, and improving existing product lines. Additionally, Roger completed an internship at Autoliv as a SQE Intern, focusing on lean manufacturing principles and process improvements. Roger holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Utah State University, earned from 2010 to 2014.
