Ramakant Deshpande

Ramakant Deshpande is the current Executive Chairman at ACI Hospitals. Ramakant has previously held positions as the Chairman of Asian Cancer Institute, Lilvati Hospital, and Bandra Mumbai, and the Asian Institute of Oncology. Ramakant was also the Head of Thoracic/Pediatric Surgical Oncology at Tata Memorial Hospital from February 1985 to June 2002, and Chief of Thoracic/Pediatric Surgical Oncology from January 1985 to December 2002. Prior to that, they were in charge of the establishment of thoracic oncology as a discipline at Kidwai Institute of Oncology Hosur Road Bangalore from November 1982 to January 1985.
