Aleksandra Sciegienka is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a diverse background in recruitment and human resources. Currently serving as Talent Lead at Acin since September 2022, Aleksandra has held various roles including Technical Recruiter at Deliveroo, Talent Acquisition Specialist at Arabesque, and Talent Partner at Gophr and Talent Point. Previous experience also includes a position as Recruitment Consultant at London Staff Bureau. Aleksandra holds a Master of Science in Criminology and Criminal Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in the same field, both from the University of Greenwich.
