Yiorgos Polymeris is the Vice President of Corporate Risks and Controls at Acin. Yiorgos has over four years of experience in operational risk management, including spearheading the pre-Aggregated Risk Profile (ARP) meetings with finance executives and main ARP meetings with the CFO, COO, and Head of Operational Risk. Yiorgos is also experienced in conducting Scenario Analysis training sessions and in generating monthly EMEA Finance Weekly Events flash reports. In addition, they have overseen High-Risk EUC remapping and automation, sample testing of regional RCSAs, and the regional KRI annual review.

Yiorgos Polymeris has a MSc in Risk Analysis from King's College London and a BSc in Political Science from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTH). Yiorgos also has certification from the Ioannis Vellidis Congress Centre in Political Marketing: A Scientific Approach, the Centre of International and European Financial Law in The Evolution of Community Law and the European Union within a Globalised Environment, the University of Michigan in Certification of Proficiency in English, the Institute of Risk Management in Choosing Key Risk Indicators, the Centre International d'étude Pédagogiques in DELF B2 Advanced Certificate in French, and Information Security Media Group, Corp. (ISMG) in Fraud Summit.
