Kirill Sokolov

Kirill Sokolov has a diverse work experience in the medical field. Kirill is currently working as the Medical & Regulatory Director at Acino since March 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Medical & Clinical Affairs for Russia, Ukraine, and CIS at Bayer, starting from August 2019. Before joining Bayer, Kirill worked at Abbott for several roles including Medical Affairs Manager, Head of Veropharm Medical Affairs, Medical Information & Process Manager, Senior Medical Advisor, and Medical Advisor. Kirill started their career as a Sales Medical Representative at Abbott in 2008. Kirill Sokolov's earliest professional experience was as a Laboratory Assistant at Saint-Peterburg State Medical University from 2002 to 2005 in the Rentgenology Department and Cafedra, where they assisted in training materials development.

Kirill Sokolov completed their education at Saint Petersburg State Medical University by Ivan Pavlov, where they obtained a degree in Medicine as a Physician in 2006. Kirill then pursued an Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency Program at the same university from 2006 to 2008. In 2010, they attended the Higher School of Economics to study Medical Management/Administration. Additionally, in 2016, Kirill obtained a certification in Introduction to Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis from Coursera Course Certificates.
