Joshua Wills

Joshua Wills has a diverse work experience in various companies. Joshua currently holds the position of Director Data Science at ACIS - Air Conditioning Innovative Solutions, Inc. In this role, they are responsible for building and maintaining a data warehouse, preparing financial statements and cash forecasts, developing and evaluating core KPIs, and automating manual processes.

Before their current position, Joshua worked at John Deere in multiple roles. As a Data Scientist, they generated insights from telematics data and built predictive models to prevent engine failures. Joshua also led root cause investigations to improve engine calibrations. Prior to this, they served as a Test Engineer, where they conducted tests and analyzed results to select component materials and determine product service intervals. In their first role at John Deere, they were a Design Engineer, responsible for creating and managing new designs of engine components.

Additionally, Joshua gained experience through internships at John Deere and Merrill Lynch. At John Deere, they worked as a Product Engineering Intern, while at Merrill Lynch, they served as an intern. Joshua also worked as a Teaching Assistant at Southern Methodist University.

Joshua Wills completed their education with a Master of Science (MS) degree in Analytics from the Georgia Institute of Technology, which they pursued from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering and another BS degree in Mathematics from Southern Methodist University from 2012 to 2016.
