Heather Perlinger is an accomplished operations engineer with extensive experience in medical device development and manufacturing. Serving as a Sr. Principal Operations Engineer at ACIST Medical Systems since May 2020 and a Principal at BlueTerra Medical since August 2015, Heather leads business and operational development for start-ups. Prior roles include managing a production team at Integer Holdings Corporation, overseeing a facility with over 230 associates, and leading various projects to enhance operational efficiency and product quality. Notable achievements include significantly increasing yield rates and reducing labor costs through automation. Heather holds a Master’s Degree in Technology Management from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
