Russell Brown

Russell Brown is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service management and field operations. Currently serving as the Director of Service for North America at Bracco Medical Technologies since December 2021, Russell previously held the position of Field Service Manager at ACIST Medical Systems from October 2016. Prior to that, Russell was the District Service Manager at Sears Holdings Corporation, overseeing a team of over 170 individuals in the Upper Midwest. Russell's career also includes a significant tenure at IGT, where roles of increasing responsibility culminated in the position of Senior Manager, managing all field operations across the Western United States. Russell holds a Master's degree in Management and a Bachelor's degree in eBusiness, both from the University of Phoenix.
