Van Breda & C and ASCO-BDM; Real Estate, Leisure & Senior Care, comprising Extensa, Leasinvest Real Estate, Financiere Duval and Anima Care; Energy & Resources, which comprises Sipef, Sagar Cements, oriental Quarries & Mines, Max Green and Henschel, and Development Capital, which consists of such segments, as ICT & Engineering, Building Materials, Retail & Distribution, Media & Printing and Investment Funds & Other. In December 2013, the Company acquired a 60.39% stake in Compagnie d'Entreprises CFE SA (CFE).
