Cynthia Moraka

Cynthia Moraka has extensive experience in human resources and sales management, currently serving as Divisional Sales Manager and Operations HR Support Manager at Ackermans since December 2006. In these roles, Cynthia participates in and implements HR strategies across various divisions, coordinates the development of talent and succession plans, and executes talent strategies focused on attraction, selection, and retention. Prior to Ackermans, Cynthia worked as a Human Resource Manager at Edcon from February 1994 to December 2006 and held positions such as Operations Trainee and HR Consultant. Cynthia's educational background includes an Advanced PHRM Certificate and a PHRM Certificate from the University of South Africa, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of North-West.
