Krystle Brooks has extensive experience in merchandise planning and technology management, currently serving as the Technology Manager for Merchandise Planning at Ackermans since June 2011. In this role, Krystle oversees all merchandise and store planning applications. Previous positions at Ackermans include Project Manager for the Oracle Merchandise Financial Planning implementation project, where new business processes were developed to enhance data accuracy and expedite decision-making. Additional roles encompassed business system analyst, merchandise planner for toddler categories, and cosmetics and accessories planner, focusing on strategic planning, data analysis, inventory management, and supplier relations. Before Ackermans, Krystle worked as a store planner at Shoe City, where responsibilities included stock distribution and performance reporting. Academically, Krystle holds a degree in Management Practices from Towerstone, completed a Trainee Buyer/Planner Programme at Ackermans, and graduated from De Kuilen High School.
