Alan Goodkin has extensive experience in the real estate industry. Alan started their career in 1993 as an Associate at Sonnenblick-Goldman, where they worked until 1995. In 1996, they joined the same company as Vice President in the Capital Markets Group, responsible for executing over $8 billion of private equity and debt transactions. In 2000, they moved to The Ackman-Ziff Real Estate Group LLC, initially serving as a Senior Director and later becoming a Managing Director. In this role, they provided cutting-edge financing solutions for commercial real estate projects. In 2019, Alan joined the Real Estate Board of New York as a member of the Board of Directors in the Commercial Brokerage Division.
Alan Goodkin attended Washington & Jefferson College from 1982 to 1986. However, it is unclear whether they obtained a degree or what field of study they pursued. In 1989, they went on to New York University and earned a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Development and Investment, completing their studies in 1990.
