Andrew Sasson

Andrew Sasson is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in acquisitions and capital markets. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Apex Investments since September 2023, Andrew leads the firm’s acquisition efforts, focusing on multifamily and commercial projects in New York City. Previously, Andrew held the position of Managing Director at Ackman-Ziff since August 2018, where responsibilities included expanding NYC investment sales activities. Prior experience includes a rapid progression to Managing Director at Eastern Consolidated after starting as Associate Director in 2013, where mentorship from real estate leader Peter Hauspurg enhanced negotiation skills. Andrew began the career at S&S Equities, rising from an intern to Director of Asset Management while earning a Master’s Degree in Real Estate from New York University. Andrew also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Boston University.
