David Harte

David Harte is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in capital advisory and financing solutions. Currently serving as a Principal at Ackman Ziff Real Estate Group since January 2016, David specializes in a range of commercial real estate capital markets financing, including debt, mezzanine financing, and investment sales. Additionally, David has been a Managing Director at Ackman-Ziff since October 2010, focusing on arranging debt and equity financing. Previously, David was the President of Harte Real Estate, Inc. from July 1996 to October 2010. David holds an MBA in Business from NYU Stern School of Business and a BA in Economics from Binghamton University.
