Gretchen McCaffrey

Gretchen McCaffrey currently serves as a Junior Analyst at Ackman-Ziff since September 2024, following extensive experience in various roles within project management and sales at Welcome Homes from November 2021 to August 2024. Prior to that, Gretchen worked at J.P. Morgan as an Associate Mortgage Specialist and Mortgage Advisory Analyst from July 2019 to October 2021. Gretchen's career began with multiple internships in real estate development at Bevilacqua Development L.P. and a Chinese Study Abroad Experience at the Confucius Institute. Educational background includes ongoing Master's studies in Real Estate Finance at New York University's Schack Institute of Real Estate, complemented by a Bachelor's degree from Loyola University Maryland and early education at Buffalo Academy of the Sacred Heart. Leadership experience includes serving as President of both the Junior and Sophomore classes at Loyola University Maryland.
