Niels Koenen

Niels Koenen is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the CFO and Manager of Business Control & Business Intelligence at Acknowledge since May 2019, focusing on business processes and information provision through BI reporting and dashboards. Prior to Acknowledge, Niels held the position of Teamleader Finance at HR5, overseeing the complete financial administration and reporting, while also managing IT responsibilities. Earlier experience includes roles as a Business Controller at Acknowledge, Assistent Accountant at OOvB adviseurs en accountants, and various positions in administration and customer service in earlier career stages. Niels holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from HAN University of Applied Sciences and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Executive Master of Finance & Control from TIAS School for Business and Society, building a strong foundation in financial management and control.
