Charles Ledonio

Charles Ledonio, MD, CCRP, is an accomplished medical professional with extensive experience in clinical research and operations. Currently serving as Clinical Program Manager at Orthofix and Medical Science Liaison at ACL Digital, Ledonio also holds the position of Director of Regulatory Affairs at LongTermGevity Inc. Previous roles include Director of Medical Operations and Principal Investigator at Spaulding Clinical Research, Senior Director of Clinical Affairs at Exactech, and Group Manager of Clinical Research at Globus Medical, Inc. Ledonio’s academic background includes multiple fellowships in orthopaedic research, an MD from the University of Santo Tomas, and a Post-doc Research Associate degree from the University of Minnesota. With a focus on improving patient care through innovative research, Ledonio has significantly contributed to the advancement of the Spine Research Group and various medical device development efforts.
