Nidhi Gupta

Nidhi Gupta is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over nine years of extensive experience in various HR roles, currently serving as Assistant Manager - HR at ACL Digital since August 2025. Previously, Nidhi held the position of Assistant Manager Human Resources and Senior Human Resource Specialist at BayOne Solutions, where responsibilities included recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with Indian labor laws. Nidhi also gained valuable expertise as a Senior Executive and HR Executive at eTeam, overseeing employee lifecycle management and cross-departmental coordination, as well as in HR operations at DOMS Industries Limited. Nidhi holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Motivational Pathway and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Osmania University.
