Matt Croucher is an experienced sales professional with a strong background in the fluid power industry. Currently serving as Area Sales Manager at ACL Engineering Ltd since January 2025, Matt previously held the position of Account Manager at FS-Elliott from November 2014 to December 2024. Prior to that, Matt worked at Atlas Copco for over 14 years as both Senior Application Engineer and Sales Engineer. Matt has extensive experience in technical sales roles, including three years as Technical Sales Manager in a controls company from 1983 to 2000. Matt began their career as an apprentice at COMPAIR BROOMWADE LIMITED from 1978 to 1982, following completion of an ONC and HNC in Engineering at Bucks College of Higher Education.
