Elizabeth Dahlgren

Elizabeth Dahlgren has a strong background in laboratory services. Elizabeth began their career in 2011 as a Medical Lab technician and student at Marshfield Clinic. In 2012, they became a Medical Technologist Generalist at ACL Laboratories, where they worked until 2015. During their time there, they advanced to the position of Lead Technologist. From 2015 to 2018, Elizabeth served as a Laboratory Supervisor for multiple ambulatory locations in Ozaukee and Washington counties. Elizabeth then took on the role of Interim Director for a brief period before being promoted to Director of Laboratory Services in 2018. In this role, they oversaw multiple hospitals and clinic laboratories and managed budgets, projects, and new analyzers.

Elizabeth Dahlgren's education history includes a Bachelor of Science - BS degree in Clinical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology/Technologist from Michigan Technological University, which was obtained between 2006 and 2011. Elizabeth also holds a Master of Business Administration - MBA degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Lakeland University, earned between 2017 and 2019. Furthermore, they pursued a Master's degree in Leadership and Organizational Development at Lakeland University, completing it between 2019 and 2021. Additionally, Elizabeth Dahlgren obtained a certification in Medical Laboratory Science (cm) from the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) in June 2012.
